We begin by compiling a feasibility report based on documents made available by the society. The report carries the following information:
- General details of plot.
- Area calculation in terms of consumed FSI/balance FSI/additional FSI permissible in the same particular area.
- An approximate of additional benefits (Corpus fund/Additional Area, or both) that can be allotted as area calculations and current valuation of the same plot.
- Provision of amenities.
